Every pasta on our menu is made by hand in the Rosolini kitchen. Now we are opening that kitchen to you: a hands-on class with our team, from mixing the dough to shaping it, followed by a seat at the table to enjoy what you made.

When is the next pasta making class?
We schedule a class as soon as 10 people join the interest list. Sign up and you will be the first to hear the date.
Does signing up commit me to anything?
No. The list only tells us there is enough interest. You confirm your seat once the date and price are announced.
Can I book a private class for a group?
Yes. Note your group size on the form, or call us at +1 (551) 275-7012. Private classes work well for birthdays, team events and bridal showers.
